Inspired by a trip to LA, the city where brunch culture reigns supreme. I became obsessed with these incredible breakfast sandwiches: Beautiful bacon, sausage or fried chicken, really buttery eggs, melted cheese and avocado stacked in brioche baps and served up with some awesome sauces.

Having always had a rather serious obsession with food and a burning desire to work for myself, I couldn't help but take heed from our cousins across the pond. So after many tasting sessions, a country wide hunt for the best bacon and a large amount of experimentation, Dirty Baps was born.

My name is Oz and it's my goal to bring fully loaded brioche baps, stacked with the best ingredients I can find to the streets of London.

With a stripped back menu, a focus (mostly) on UK sourced ingredients, I invite you to try our freshly baked buttery brioche, traditionally cured and smoked bacon, the free-est of free range eggs, lashings of butter and some pimped up sauces.
